charmed by the clan!

lovely view comfortable bed useful pool

the twin room on the 23rd floor had lovely views, i found it amazing! the air conditioning offered a wonderful escape from the heat. the beds were super comfy, too. i appreciated the rooftop pool and gym being available after checkout. it was useful as my flight was at 2am.

the wall connections in the room were unreliable, i tested many different cables and plugs. i thought it was just my equipment. my travelling companion ten floors below me had the same problems.

Staff greeted us with a gong upon arrival. My bags were taken to my room during check-in. all staff were helpful and professional during the entire stay. afina was a standout on checkout. She is an asset to the team.

teas and nespresso coffee pods were provided and i loved it. there was a tap for filtered drinking water, which i found very useful. while i didn't have many meals here, i found the options provided convenient and satisfying.

The location was amazing. I could easily walk to chinatown. the room had a rainfall shower which i loved. the rooftop pool had great views and a lot of space around it.

great location easy access monotonous breakfast surly staff

this hotel have a great location next to the mrt station! the access to many tourist places is really easy. the hotel offer access to the pool and gym showers, it was so good to freshen up after i arrive early! i was so happy!

the breakfast was a little bit monotonous for me. it never change. reception staff on check in are fairly surly and having a far better conversation with each other than they do with me. i dont like this!

fantastic short stay

central position comfy bed

The hotel location is perfect. The subway is practically standing on top of the blue line. i found myself in a very central position between downtown and chinatown. my room was very nice. It was tidy and clean with a comfy bed and pillows.

The hotel has a lot of potential but doesn't seem to utilise it all. some of the things i was most looking forward to didn't materialise. The hotel is still relatively new so hopefully these are just teething issues.

The rooftop pool had a great view. The jacuzzi was a nice treat. The hotel is also near chinatown. an mrt station is just next to the hotel. Everything is in easy reach.

there are many hawker centers surrounding the hotel, including the famous satay street at lau pa sat. it is also on the border of chinatown, a great area to explore, and within walking distance of the bay attractions.

The concierge was helpful with recommendations, especially faizol. the staff was really helpful and friendly. the front office team was cute and inquired about the welcome tea ceremony.

mixed experience, some issues present

slow elevators breakfast variety

the location was acceptable being near attractions.

the elevators are slow and were shared by both staff and guests, this created long waits. breakfast lacked variety, it was not comparable to other similar hotels. i found this disappointing.

I appreciated the prime location. The rooftop pool was beautiful. The standard of customer service was high. I felt well looked after. Breakfast was good. Dinner was also very good.

inconsistent experience at this hotel

air conditioning slow service

the location was quite convenient for getting around the city. it was near public transportation

the air conditioning in the room barely worked. it struggled to cool the space even on the highest setting and i had to call maintenance to address it. also, i requested coffee creamer and it took three hours and a follow-up to receive it. this slow service was quite frustrating
